If you call it Japanese-style monja, this is it! Introducing Kama-age Shirasu Negi-Monja!
The simple ingredients of shirasu (baby sardines) and shredded leeks are all that is needed, but the flavor and saltiness of the shirasu makes it delicious on its own! We also recommend drizzling a little ponzu (Japanese sauce made of ponzu citrus juice) on top for a more refreshing taste! Please feel free to ask our staff if you need it!
