Here is the menu we present today!
Tan shio yuzu kosho monja, a yuzu kosho flavored monja with lots of beef tongue on top!
Fresh beef tongue and scallions are generously topped with a salty sauce and yuzu kosho (Japanese citrus pepper) aroma that goes well with beer!
